Michael Burleigh is a patent attorney in Leydig’s Boulder office whose practice focuses primarily on patent prosecution, due diligence and trademark matters. His prior career as a process engineer in the pharmaceutical industry informs his legal approach and grounds him technically.

Nathan Frederick is the Director of IP Services for Cardinal Intellectual Property. Within this role, he manages Cardinal's corporate and law firm accounts. His concentration focuses on IP search, e-discovery, valuation, monetization, and competitive monitoring of products and services. He received his Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering from Valparaiso University and his law degree at the University of Iowa.

Dimitry Kapmar is an Intellectual Property attorney with an emphasis on patent portfolio management and patent litigation. He also has extensive prior engineering experience in the wireless telecommunications arena.
